I'm back.

And I learned something important

Achieve the life you want by Winning the Week

Welcome!

It’s been a minute.

Actually… it’s been three months.

Time flies when everything is fighting for your attention 😅

I could quietly slip back into your inbox and pretend I’ve never been away.

But if you know me at all, you’ll know I’m terrible at that.

Oversharing is my natural state.

So here’s the honest version.

Lets dig in 🚀

So firstly…..Three months ago, I told you about a mini whiteboard I kept next to my bed - a 90-day plan with 12 daily priorities.

It worked far better than I expected.

I didn’t hit all 12.

But I nailed 9 of them.

That alone shifted my focus in a way I hadn’t experienced before.

Seeing what matters before touching my phone each morning had a profound effect.

Over Christmas, I wiped it clean and started a fresh 90-day sprint.

This time with just 8 goals.

Less noise.
More clarity.

Me Clutching my Goals

If you take one thing from this email, let it be this:

Spending 30 minutes this week deciding what progress actually matters to you is one of the most powerful things you can do.

When I plan, I filter everything through four buckets:

  • Money

  • Health

  • Mindset (how I want to feel)

  • Joy

Simple. Grounding. Effective.

(And no - it doesn’t need to be a whiteboard! A notepad works just fine.)

Any questions on it hit reply and let me know!

Secondly…..why did I put a pause on writing?

Because behind the scenes, we made some massive shifts at Mi PA:

  • We moved away from hourly pricing to fixed cost, outcome-based PA support. The right move - massive to implement operationally.

  • We made a big leadership team hire in our call-handling team and re-designed nearly every part of how we operate

  • We went all-in on AI - internally and as a service

All good moves.
All necessary moves.

And all FAR MORE demanding than I’d anticipated.

So I had a choice:

  • Beat myself up for not doing everything

  • Or give myself space and grace to focus on what mattered most

I chose the second.

And now here I am!

Moving into a new phase of leverage.

Back writing, back filming content and acting on new ideas.

That decision taught me something important:

We can’t do everything, all of the time.

Pausing something doesn’t mean it’s gone forever.

Most of what we worry about never actually happens.

Focus on what you can influence right now.

Do it well.

Then move forward.

That’s how you Win the Week.

Always cheering you on

Em x

If you want high performance without burnout in 2026, this conversation will land.
