Welcome!
We had our Xmas party last night at Mi PA.
A night of pizza, prosecco and playing darts. 🎯

And in true Mi PA party tradition I was out till 2am.
Now that is not usual for me.
I generally spend a lot of time doing things that help me Win the Week.
Planning, learning, personal development, fitness, supplements.
You name it. I’m trying it.
Not generally staying out till 2am 😆
Especially as it’s one thing I’ve been working on of late.
My sleep.
And its been having a profound effect on all sorts of things.
So lets dig in x
Each night when I go to sleep I die. And the next morning when I wake up I’m re-born
I feel like it’s pretty obvious to most of us that our sleep is important.
But it’s often the first thing we sacrifice.
Late nights, early starts.
There aren’t enough hours in the day etc etc.
But the better our sleep.
The better everything else.
So around a month ago I really started to double down on making it a priority.
Studies show that 6 hours sleep or less reduces productivity by 40%.
And we definitely don’t want that.
So I’m taking a moment to share the things that have really helped me.
My Sleep Strategy
Same time to bed - consistency of the time you go to bed really helps you’re body to know what to expect and when to start winding down.
The more I’ve kept my sleep time the same.
The better my day has been. The better my decision making has been
Magnesium - the super supplement to help you to sleep better and deeper. I’m currently using this one and taking it before bed: Magnesium Supplement
Screen Time - An hour before bed I’m not using my phone or laptop.
The blue light from the screens really messes up our sleep schedule.
It tricks the brain into thinking its daytime and so we stop producing melatonin. The very hormone you need to fall asleep!Wind Down - Before falling asleep I prefer to read a book.
But anything that quiets your mind works well.
Give you brain and eyes a rest. They deserve it.To Do’s - If there’s anything on your mind to do tomorrow - don’t stew on it. Write it down and get it out of your head.
Especially if it’s the most important task to get done tomorrow.
Gratitude - Most nights I write down 3 good things that have happened that day.
I love it because I have a record of all of the good stuff each week and it sets my mind focussing on all of the good things that are happening before I go to sleep.
Even if it’s been a rough day.
Finding 3 good things every day is good for our mind.Whoop - My whoop band is one of the things that has gotten me hyper focused on my sleep.
It gives you everything you need to know on how good your sleep has been. How well rested you are and the impact of making the above changes has on you.I am a massive Whoop fan and have felt much more connected to how I can improve my sleep and recovery to help me win the week.
If you’d like to see how it can help you - you can try Whoop here for free for one month.
Sleep isn’t just about rest—it’s an investment in your success.
Prioritize it, and you’ll wake up ready to take on anything the week throws at you.
And that’s exactly how I’ve been feeling since I started to prioritise it.
(Minus the odd Xmas party 😂)
And I want the same for you.
Go Win The Week and your sleep.

It’s not every week you get a PR masterclass from one of the world’s most influential consultants, who’s been building Lord Sugar’s personal brand for 25 years… 🤯
But this week I did!
I was very excited to interviewed Andrew Bloch.
We dived right into small business as well: how entrepreneurs like us can stay true to ourselves AND stand out in a crowded, noisy world.
Especially if you struggle with what to say.
I found Andrew’s advice totally inspiring, and if you want more for your business’s reputation, I think you will too. Give it a listen here 👇🏻
