Welcome!

Daily habits are the foundation for everything.

The wins, the big moves forward, your positive trajectory in life.

It all comes down to the small, consistent things we do every single day.

Not one big thing you choose to do.

Not your new years resolutions.

It’s your consistency in the day to day of the small, tracked, habits.

It sounds underwhelming and simple.

But it’s true.

This past January I found that I was getting a bit inconsistent.

Work was busy.

Moving house was on and then off and then on again

I fell off of some of my daily habits and let me tell you—I felt it.

And it doesn’t just happen over night.

It’s the 7 days of pushing the gym to the lowest priority.

Its the two weeks of bad food choices and you suddenly feel tired and moody.

It’s the glass of wine when you get home every night because you deserve it.

They creep up on you.

But here’s the good news: getting back on track is ALWAYS possible.

And even if you’re starting from scratch.

This one’s for you.

So lets dig in.

I love accountability.

And I love ‘ticking things off’

The satisfaction of small wins every day.

So I knew to get back on track I was missing that focus each day of.

And this app has made February one of consistent habits.

It’s really simple to use.

You make a list of the daily or weekly habits that are important to you.

How often you want to do them

And you can set reminders

So mine looks a little like this:

And the added bonus its completely free!

I’ve been using it to log my steps, reading, journaling, running, and weights.

I love how simple it is at keeping me accountable and visually tracking my progress.

And when I see the streaks building up again, it properly fuels my motivation to keep going.

There’s no cost and I’m not paid to recommend it I just absolutely love it.

And as Bruce Lee said..

Simplicity is the key to brilliance’

Hopefully it helps you too 😄

On Focus on the Fun Stuff this week 🎙️

Have you ever heard the saying ‘The Riches are in the Niches’?

Most people understand the benefits of going all in on serving one sector or industry.

Bus most of us want to cast our net as wide as possible trying to cram everyone in it.

Trying to be everyone to everybody!

Well this week on Focus on the Fun Stuff, I chatted to Oli Luke.

Oli’s taken ‘the riches are in the niches’ to the ultimate level and grown a multi-million pound marketing agency serving a niche within a niche.

Give the episode a listen and you’ll discover:

· How Oli completely redefined his business and grew as a result

· Why trying to appeal to everyone could just be killing your marketing efforts

· The simple market – message – media framework that makes everything click

Give this a listen 👇🏻

Have a great week

Track your habits daily

And celebrate a 7 day streak next Sunday 🚀

I’m cheering you on
