The 90-day strategy sitting by my bed
Not normal bedroom décor 😅 ... but it’s made me 10× clearer on my goals.

Achieve the life you want by Winning the Week
Welcome!
Ever get to the weekend and find yourself still thinking about work?
Maybe you feel like your repeating the same week on a loop.
Treading water?
So busy but no real progress to show.
Struggling to find the wins?
And you lose sight of where your heading?
The goals you created.
Where did they go?
Well a couple of weeks ago the weekend was a little like that for me.
It was Saturday afternoon and I realised I was thinking more about what might be thrown at me come Monday morning than what I was doing Saturday night.
I was stuck in the mental weeds so to speak.
So I spent the next 60 minutes creating something that I’ve looked at each morning and evening since.
It’s the first thing I see when I wake up.
And the last thing I see before I go to sleep.
Is it what ‘normal’ people have in their bedroom?
Probably not. 😅
But we didn’t start this journey to be normal, did we. 😉
Did it make last week more enjoyable and focussed?
100%
Shall we dig in? 😉
“Clarity comes when you decide what matters most — and then see it every single day.”
I created my Win Wall.
Here’s mine 👇

And I planned out my next 90 days.
It was inspired by something Brendon Burchard taught me - his Battle Board.
The idea is super simple:
The human brain has 6-7 different thoughts every minute.
(For business owners probably x 100 😅 )
So if we don’t take control and focus our thoughts.
It’s pretty easy to get off track.
To forget where we’re aiming for.
Whats actually important.
What do we want?
What goals did we set on Jan 1st? (Remember those?)
And so why not make it easier for our distracted brains to see whats most important every single day?
It creates momentum.
It gets you excited again.
And it brings you back to the present.
And out of the weeds. 🌱
So Brendon created a Battle Board in his office.
Every morning when he wakes and makes his coffee he walks into his office and looks at his battle board.
Its a simple whiteboard.
Split up into 12 squares.
And in those squares he has the most important goals listed.
And the projects planned in.
So I’ve taken his idea and made it more Micro.
My own Win Wall for the next 90 days.
Everything I want to make happen over the next 3 months
What’s most important to me.
The things I want to celebrate on the 13th December.
So every morning, before the chaos kicks in.
I wake up, turn on the light and immediately I’m reminded of what’s really important.
Before my head goes anywhere else.
I’ve split mine into 3 sections.
Money 💰️
Mindset & Leadership
Health & Joy
And I’ve started and ended it with an affirmation for the day.
And honestly?
It feels different when you see your priorities written like this first thing in the morning.
Not just hidden in your notebook or buried in the to-do list.
When I wrote mine last weekend, I honestly felt excited again.
I was back out of the weeds mentally.
I reminded myself where I was going.
What the plan is.
What’s important to me.
I felt clear again.
Like I was already moving closer to what matters most to me before Christmas.
This is the heart of Winning the Week:
Not doing more things.
Choosing the right things - and keeping them front and centre.
⚡ Win the Week Challenge
So my challenge to you this week….
Grab an A3 sheet, a whiteboard in your office or even a mini one by your bed (I know, not normal 🤣 )
👉 Write down your 3 most important goals for the next 90 days.
I split mine into Money, Mindset and Health.
Yours might be Business, Money, Fitness etc…whatever matters to you most.
Take 30 minutes today to think about what would light you up by the end of the year.
Knowing you’d achieved them.
Put them somewhere you’ll see them every morning.
Granted, I know not everyone will fancy having them in the bedroom 😂
Because when your goals are visible, your choices get easier.
And when your choices get easier, momentum builds.
I’ll be reporting back on mine before Christmas 😉
Sunday 14th December, to be precise.
Always cheering you on
Em x
